Terms and Conditions
We agree:
1) * To waive the initial fee of our software licence - meaning we
supply the software (single user, single site) effectively free of
charge.
2) ** Code Computing can supply tested and compliant cash registers at
highly competitive prices. In recognition of the value of your
assistance to us, if you purchase cash registers from Code Computing, we
will also provide the initial programming and configuration of your
system at no additional charge.
You agree:
1) To be a reference site, which involves occasionally being asked to
tell other potential customers what you think of the software, how it
helps your business and what you think of our service. We are likely to
request that you work with us to produce a case study of your
implementation. As part of this process, we may wish to use still and/or
video photography for marketing purposes.
2) That you will install, test and give us timely reactions to new
versions of Stock Master as and when they are released.
3) That you will help to keep us abreast of relevant changes in your
market, and advise us of any activities from other solutions being
offered to you.
4) That you will generally help us to promote Stock Master.
5) That you undertake to pay your monthly Support & Maintenance fees (TUL)
for the minimum period of 12 calendar months. TUL provides you with
ongoing upgrades, unlimited technical support and the licence to
continue to use. We collect this fee monthly by standing order and is
currently priced at £20 plus VAT per month.
We necessarily reserve the right to refuse any application for
membership of the Partnership Programme, and to terminate membership of
the Partnership Programme at any time. Such action will be at the
discretion of the management of Code Computing. It will not be incumbent
upon Code Computing to provide reasons or justification for such action.
In the event of a Partner refusing to comply with the conditions of
membership, we also reserve the right to invoice for payment of the
initial software fee which would have applied at the time of joining.
This agreement is subject to, and is governed by the laws of England and
Wales.
